For some reason, I just get the best clients. They’re organized, have a great taste and know how to let loose and have fun on their wedding day. This couple and their crew of friends was no exception. The couple has been together since they were fifteen and their love and affection for one another was evident.
The chose Park McCullough House for their ceremony and reception, a beautifully preserved vintage mansion set among 200 acres in Bennington, Vermont. The property has endless gardens and no shortage of beautiful places for photographs. The couple is drawn to vintage items and incorporated that into their details. They gathered, with the help of family, vintage containers for their tabletop floral arrangements. As a guest sign-in book, they opted for vintage postcards. Casey’s Kate Spade bridal shoes even have somewhat of a vintage vibe and when paired with her lace dress from Anthropology, she looked stunning.
A few special touches included jars of honey harvested from the couples’ beehive as wedding favors and Casey honoring her late father by wrapping one of his ties around her bouquet.
Thank you Casey and John for choosing me as your photographer to document all the beautiful details and fun moments of your day! Wishing you both many years of happiness!
xoxo
