Ramona + Jack | West Monitor Barn | Vermont
Ramona and Jack went to school at Middlebury College and although they reside in Chicago now, they knew they wanted to come back to Vermont to tie the knot. The couple dreamed of a ceremony in a beautiful field and a reception inside a gorgeous barn, complete with an abundance of flowers and lovely decor. Their vision came to life at the West Monitor Barn in Richmond, Vermont – a stunning venue that fit their vision perfectly.
The barn was lit with gorgeous large-bulb lights and numerous candles, providing the perfect amount of light for romantic ambiance, and featured exquisite bouquets and centerpieces styled by the lovely Erin Ostreicher at Nectar & Root. The tablescapes were styled by Lindsey Campbell and her incredible team from Farmhouse Group Events, who also provided farm to table catering for the wedding.
The ladies were dressed in pale mint green dresses, all unique to each bridesmaid, and were styled at Indigo Salon and Mirror Mirror. The girls looked gorgeous as they h elped Ramona into her stunning modern crocheted lace dress that perfectly complimented her soft but whimsical personality. Ramona completed her look with heirloom vintage jewelry that belonged to her grandmother, including her engagement ring. A little whimsy was added to the guys’ attire with varying colorful socks and Jack’s tie that featured stick figure runners for his love of running.
Ramona and Jack are down to earth kind of people and their love and adoration for one another couldn’t be anymore genuine and transparent, especially during their first look which took place on a walking bridge behind the barn. it’s one of my favorite first looks ever captured and I’m so glad they chose to have that intimate moment together before their ceremony. Their reception was one to remember from their interactive couples’ toast to a surprise sparker toast from Jack’s father, which looked simply magical in the dimply lit barn.
It was such an honor to be a part of their stunning day and I wish them many years of happiness!
