This wedding was so beautiful from Abby’s mother’s wedding dress and her great-grandmother’s cathedral length veil to the traditional birdseed exit.  I think it was the first wedding I edited that I felt many of the photographs looked so timeless in black and white over color.  However, I will deliver both black and white as there were many that I couldn’t decide on.

Abby and Nathaniel got married at the First Congregational Church in Woodstock, Vermont with a formal ceremony followed by a reception at Dowd’s Country Inn in Lyme, New Hampshire.  Having a drive between the two venues provided a great opportunity to stop at one of my favorite places in Quechee for their formal portraits.
